Welcome to Medlock Vale Medical Practice
With patients’ needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Update Contact Details
We now use text messaging for some of our communication. It would be helpful to have an up to date mobile telephone number for all our patients. You can update us by using the ‘update your contact details’ link at the bottom of the page or by calling the surgery.
Children
If you have a child under five years old and he/she is taken ill please phone the surgery for an appointment any time during opening hours and we will try to fit them in as soon as possible.
Dental Care
If you need a Dentist in an emergency please call 0161 335 2700
Access and Parking
The Practice has disabled access, including access to all clinical rooms. Toilet facilities are also available. The building is a single storey building.
The car park at the side of the chemist is a surgery car park. All patients have access to this car park whilst visiting the doctors or chemist. The car park has disabled parking facilities.
PLEASE NOTE; Our nurses use this car park and may at any point during the day be called out on a home visit – upon their return priority must be given to them regarding parking in order to keep their clinics running to time. Your understanding is appreciated.
