Test Results

When you attend for a test or drop a sample at the surgery, you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results. Please bear this in mind and only call the surgery one sufficient time has elapsed.

If you are calling to check on your results – please call the surgery after 11am.

You will be asked for some personal details when calling, this is to confirm your identity. The receptionists has the right to refuse the release of medical information if they feel that the information does not pertain to the person calling or if there is no consent on the patients record to release information to anyone else this is due to GDPR and confidentiality regulations.

Our receptionists are not qualified to comment on results, you can request a copy of your results by completing the SAR form at the practice.
